New Windsor Residents Directory is a private reference that describes and links to public rolls, indexes, and directory collections associated with New Windsor, Orange County, and New York. It does not host government files and is not connected with a public office, court, or custodian.
2. Rules for Using This Site
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
